I love that even in a world where we're getting consoles with increasingly more impressive graphics and games that are taking decades to make, most of us are just excited about the fact that the N64 and PS1 seem to be swapping game catalogues.
It was only this morning when I wrote about Lara Croft heading to the N64 thanks to the efforts of a hard-working dev, and now, I've discovered that Pokémon Snap is heading to the PS1 in a new project.

The project comes to us from Manuel Rodríguez Matesanz and is very much a work in progress, but I wanted to cover it because it's a really interesting concept. Manuel currently only has a test build made using Unity 6 and the PSX Exporter.
Despite showing the PS1 version in the header of this article, Manuel is actually working on a version for the 3DS using Unity 5 that will be rebuilt entirely from scratch and doesn't need the original ROM to run.
Keep your eyes peeled for more on both of these projects as I get them - exciting things are coming.
