I’m back with the final Ominous Stake hunt of Pokemon Scarlet & Violet.
This time around, we’re searching for Blue Stakes, primarily found in the East and North Provinces.
Out of all of my searches, I found locating every Blue Stake quite hard, simply because they were often tucked away in obscure locations. As too is the Shrine itself.
You’re going to need to be able to Climb, Surf, and Glide your way to victory here, so be sure to learn how to Surf and how to Glide before tackling this.

Where To Find The Blue Stakes In Pokemon Scarlet & Violet
Blue Stake Location 1
Travel to Levincia Lighthouse, located east of Levincia (North) Pokemon Center. To the west of the Lighthouse you’ll discover a hill – climb to the top to find the first stake.
Blue Stake Location 2
Head to Tagtree Thicket and look for a kidney shaped pond; slightly northeast of there is a plateau with a stake.
Blue Stake Location 3
Fly to Glaseado Gym and head south. On your map you’ll see a small, grassy patch of land – this is where the next Blue Stake is.
Blue Stake Location 4
Now head to Montenevera and travel northeast to a beach area. By the beach is a hillside with a large rock, beside this rock is where you’ll find the stake.
Blue Stake Location 5
Either Fly or ride your way to North Province (Area One) Pokemon Center, then keep heading north until you find a mountain. You need to climb to the top to find the fifth Blue Stake.
Blue Stake Location 6
Travel to North Province (Area Two) Pokemon Center and head for the large tree in the northeast, atop a hill.
Blue Stake Location 7
You want to Fly to Fury Falls in North Province (Area Two) and head southeast to some Ruins tucked inside a mountain crevice. Inside the Ruins is where you’ll find the seventh stake.
Blue Stake Location 8
This is the easiest stake to get because it’s located above the Firescourge Shrine. If that isn’t marked on your map yet, climb above the cave entrance to the Shrine and look for a patch of grass.
When the final stake crumbles you’ll hear a roar from inside the Shrine below.
What Are The Blue Stakes In Pokemon Scarlet
& Violet?
These Blue Stakes unlock Firescourge Shrine, located in North Province (Area Two). Inside you’ll find Chi-Yu, the last of these Legendary Pokemon.
As is common practice when battling any Legendary Pokemon, don’t cause it to faint, and make sure to stock up on plenty of Ultra Balls. Just to be on the safe side, save before you open the Shrine door.
I don’t know about you, but I genuinely loved searching for these four Legendary Pokemon.
