I have the power! I used to shout this so loudly with my cousin when we were kids, so much so that I think my mum banned me from watching He-Man for a little while because of it. And now, in 2026, there's a new game that pays homage to the classic series, jam-packed with nostalgia and easter eggs for fans to find.
Bitmap Bureau have worked closely with Mattel to create this nostalgic masterpiece. With large hand-drawn sprites, fluid animations and backgrounds that will make He-Man fans drool, this beat-em-up is a game that you and your mates will be all over. She-Rah is unlockable later in the game too, and there are lots of characters that will make the most dedicated of He-Man fans rack their brains to remember where they've seen them. - if that's not worth the RRP, then I don't know what is!
Dragon Pearl of Destruction just sounds like something from the 80s, doesn't it? It has a Gauntlet feel about it, with you and your mates working together to take down Skeletor's forces. Having said that, you can play solo too, though I reckon it would be way more fun with your mates beside you! There are 13 stages, but the video below shows you the first level, The Palace of Eternos, and the boss battle with Trap Jaw.
Pixel Arcadia showed off a large part of the first level of the game, and it's pretty much what you would expect from a Bitmap Bureau beat-em-up. If you played Final Vendetta, then this is a very similar style of gameplay. But what makes it special is the references to The Masters of the Universe, the cameos, and the fact that the game speaks directly to the fans as opposed to being just a quick cash-grab using a well-known name.
