I know leaks are technically bad for the companies involved, but it's always exciting when things like this Pokémon LEGO announcement slip through the net. LEGO Mexico reportedly posted the video to their Facebook Profile earlier than planned, and of course, eagle-eyed viewers immediately snapped pictures and screen-recorded the clip to share across the internet.

While it's incredibly vague with not a lot going on, the yellow LEGO bricks make a very recognisable shape belonging to the tail of a certain electric Pokémon that you and I know very well. It's obvious that Pikachu plays a big part in the new set and that it might be based solely on Pikachu himself, and the main rumour is that the set is coming in 2026.
It's been a great month for LEGO news with images of the Mario Kart LEGO set finally arriving too. The only bad thing is that I'm definitely going to spend my wage on lots of bricks over the next 12 months!
