The SupaBoy has had a refresh, and it's looking better than ever. Hyperkin's portable SNES handheld has been around for a long time now, first releasing with a 3.5" screen back in 2011. We've all loved the black and gold variant over the years, but now we've got two new colours in the form of Crimson and Prime (Transparent), and they're available to order now on Amazon!

Having a dedicated handheld that you can play your own SNES cartridges in without the need for a TV is awesome. It means you can save your game just like you would when playing on the SNES and carry on where you left off when you plug it back in. Not that you technically need to plug it back in to your console, as the SupaBoy can be hooked up to your TV in place of a SNES too. It's essentially the Nintendo Switch of the SNES world, complete with a rechargeable Li-Ion battery with 10 hours of battery life and Perfect Pin (Patent Pending) technology to give you a better SNES playing experience than ever before.

One thing I love about the SupaBoy is that you can plug in all of the standard Nintendo accessories to it too. It means you can be playing Super Tennis in handheld mode one minute, and then plug in the SNES Mouse to play some Mario Paint the next. It even has compatibility with the SNES Multi-Tap and both official and third-party controllers and accessories.

Both of these SupaBoy handhelds can play NTSC and PAL games with the flick of a button. They also work with the EverDrive, the Super Game Boy, and the Game Genie too. And let's not forget that awesome IPS screen - I can't wait to play Mortal Kombat on this!
And as I said in the title, they're both available to purchase now on Amazon! They're priced at $129.99, and for me here in the UK, delivery says it will take just under a week. If you're in the US, delivery will be either the same day or next day!
