BEEP isn't just a store - it's an institution. Brandon visited the shop's old location on his last trip to Akihabara, though after some issues with the building premises, the business has had to move to a new location. We were worried that they would have to move out of the city altogether or that they wouldn't find a space at all, but things have moved quickly, and now BEEP have announced a date for the grand opening of their new store.
The new location for the store is the Seekbasr Aki-Oka Manufacture commercial facility beneath the elevated train tracks that run between Okachimachi Station and JR Akihabara Station. That's right - BEEP is no longer underground, folks. It's on ground level in a brand new building that promises much more space and a more enjoyable browsing experience.
The new store will open on June 6th, with opening hours set at 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM every day except Wednesdays, when they plan to close. Follow the store on X to keep up with more news!
