I know, we've been here before and been burned what feels like a dozen times. I sound a little like someone unlucky in love - 'but this time it's going to be different.' To be honest, it's a wonder that I've remained hopeful after waiting what feels like an eternity for this console and the rollercoaster ride of 'will they, wont they' when it comes to shipping. But this time it really is going to be different, as there's now an official shipping date tied to the Analogue 3D.
According to the Analogue website, the Analogue 3D will finally begin shipping on November 18th. That's November 18th 2025, just in case someone is reading this in 2027 and they still haven't received the console. (And if that's the case, I hope you're enjoying your ModRetro M64).

The fact that 'the future is here' but it's also 'out of stock' isn't exactly something that exudes confidence, but if I'm honest, that's how I've felt through this entire process. Still, I'm going to use the last remnants of hope that I have for this product and keep everything crossed that, after waiting all of this time, it doesn't get lost in the post.
I can only imagine that ModRetro are just sitting back and waiting for the orders for their N64 console to roll in after the Analogue 3D fiasco. Let's hope the 3D has been worth the wait and that come Christmas, providing mine arrives fine and this isn't another ploy from Analogue to keep me from cancelling my order, I'll be enjoying all my N64 games via my 8BitDo controller in the living room and singing the 3D's praises!
Here's an email we received confirming that we have until November 16th to change our address before shipping. It's all happening, and Analogue have confirmed that all pre-orders will be shipped before December 1st. That's a little later than November 18th, but it's better than nothing!
November 18th; not long to wait now. Let us know when you get yours!
