I bet some of you already guessed that this might have been the handiwork of Game Of Tobi before you even clicked onto this article. The guy is on fire at the minute, with projects bringing Twilight Princess onto the 3DS and Super Mario 64 to the GBA. But a 3D Minecraft on the Game Boy Color... that's something else entirely!

Tobias has worked on Minecraft for GBA before on his channel, but making Minecraft run on the Game Boy Color is even more impressive. And we're not talking a full demake either like the Game Boy game I covered previously - you can choose from a flat map or a fully 3D generated world where you can actually move around, place blocks, and build.

All of this on the Game Boy and GBC is fantastic, and yes, it does work on the Game Boy too. Admittedly, it's pretty hard to see on the Game Boy DMG because it's in black and white and there isn't much you can do in terms of textures on these consoles, but the programming that Tobias has done to get the project this far is fantastic.

Admittedly, Tobias' Minecraft for GBA works a lot better, but as a project to show what the GBC is capable of, it's very impressive. Check out the video below for more gameplay shots and to find out more!
