It's not long since I clicked publish on an article about The Wind Waker being decompiled, and now here I am, writing about The Minish Cap going through the exact same process.
There's now a playable PC port of my favourite handheld Zelda game featuring the most cantankerous cap in all of gaming history. Link and Ezlo's Capcom-made adventure is an incredible tale that captured the hearts and minds of gamers the world over back in 2004/05, and not thanks to the hard work of 999sian, it has been decompiled and now has a playable PC port. It works on Windows and Linux, and you'll need your own (legally acquired) ROM to make it work.

I'll be straight with you - it's playable, but it still needs some work. There are some bugs that need to be squished, and some of the gameplay is rough, but it's a great start. Once 999sian gets audio working and some extra quality-of-life features in there for us to play around with, it could give the game a whole new lease of life that will make it feel like a new title again for die-hard fans like me.
While this is playable, it's worth noting that as the PC port stands, you'd be better off playing the game on Nintendo Switch Online or via Delta as it runs a lot smoother. I would wait until the PC port gets some exciting extras before delving in, but the fact that progress is being made is a step in the right direction!
