Four NEW Incredible Retro Games Coming To Nintendo Switch Online Today

Four NEW Incredible Retro Games Coming To Nintendo Switch Online Today

Nintendo’s Direct was a delightful surprise today, not only because they announced a new Mario & Luigi game but because they have also added four incredible retro games to the Nintendo Switch Online Expansion Pack.

Nintendo are listening to retro game fans, and are obviously keepig their eye on the boom in emulation too, with that means they are wanting to keep gamers on their consoles for as long as possible, adding to their retro library as often as they can.

Today they have announced four new retro games coming to Nintendo Switch online, including:

  • The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past Four Swords
  • Metroid: Zero Mission
  • Turok: Dinosaur Hunter
  • Perfect Dark

The best bit? Is that they will all be available later today! The one I will be diving into is certainly one of the best Zelda games on the Game Boy Advance! The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past Four Swords certainly has a multiplayer focus, and is likely a Zelda game that many haven’t explored before, so nows your chance, and yes, you can connect online too so you won’t be playing alone1

PERFECT DARK N64 ONLINE

It wasn’t just one Game Boy Advance game coming to Nintendo Switch Online, no, they have also added Metroid: Zero Mission, a classic remake title that released in 2004 and forced gamers into a large open-world environment filled with challenges that resembled Samus’s first adventure.

If that doesn’t tickle your fancy then maybe a couple of incredible Nintendo 64 games might? Turok: Dinosaur Hunter and Perfect Dark are coming to the Expansion Pack, two games that you must play if you’re into kick-ass retro adventure games.

Perfect Dark even comes with online multiplayer too, bringing new life to this retro game on modern hardware! We’re pumped to be diving into these games this evening, are you?
