The RG Rotate is still a handheld I use more often than I thought. It's the satisfying swivel matched with a metal body and a perfect display for me to explore new GAME BOY and NEO GEO games.
And recently, ANBERNIC released a new update that offers their users the option to customise the watch face, allowing you to turn the useful watch mode into a customised timepiece for your desk, although there's one problem for many, a display that fits the RG Rotate that comes with a charging port.
Mine is currently sitting in a GAMENOOK Throne, which works perfectly, but charging looks odd with the cable floating from its top USB-C port, so the guys over at GoGameGeek, a third-party handheld retailer build a magnetic dock that fits your RG Rotate perfectly, all while charging it discreetly.

It's 3D printed, so the quality isn't going to be of the highest standard, but it's a first look at a new accessory that does something that's genuinly useful and an accessory I believe ANBERNIC should make themselves in a higher quality plastic, or even metal material, though that would be hella expensive.
GoGameGeek are selling this 3D printed dock for $32.99, and you can choose three different colour variations, such as Silver, Starry Black and Black.
Each dock features a USB-C connector that connects to a plug in the back that can then be connected to a USB port or charger. The design itself looks futuristic enough to fit the device's curved aesthethic and comes with magnets inside to make the metal edition sit tightly and firmly in place, to increase protection. This isn't something I would buy personally, but I am intrigued, and if something of higher quality comes to fruition i'd probably snag one for sure.
