The popular FPGA games console from Taki Udon has been out for some time now, with mostly great reviews, all thanks to the great "emulation" performance and good build quality, all wrapped in a design that takes inspiration from the classic PlayStation 1. Original colours have been out in the wild for some time, but now there's a new mix on the block.
Following the trend of newly released transparent game consoles over the last year or two, SuperStation has pleased its fans with the latest announcement of new transparent colours of the SuperStation 1, which are technically "limited", so you'll have to be fast if you want to grab one. They are now available on RetroRemake's website starting at $249.99 for the new colourways; shipping begins in December. "Once they're gone, they're gone", states Taki, they will not be remade again.

This announcement comes just a day after RetroRamek announced their new SuperStation Bluetooth Receiver that uses the controller port to use modern Bluetooth controllers. Not only does it work with the original PS1 and PS2. And if you're new to the SuperStation, there are a range of accessories to snag too, including an actualy PS1 disc tray that's currently on a next batch pre-order which offers the ability to use your classic PS1 games authentically.
The SuperStation 1 is becoming a prominent FPGA console in the space due to the ability to work with many MiSTer FPGA cores offering not just PS1 emulation but lots of other consoles too, turning it into an all-round retro games console for those with a little bit of disposable cash. Though it's worth noting some limited edition colours are already starting to sell out, so be quick.
