I love game jam time; getting to see all of your creations and to discover the budding devs of tomorrow is such a cool part of what we do here at Retro Dodo, and I love being able to provide a platform to shout about these titles.
The submissions for the Eevee Expo Game Jam are in, and if you weren't aware that the jam was happening or even know what one is, then here are some of the rules that gamers had to follow.
Essentially, they could tackle any theme that they liked and didn't even have to make a game about Pokémon if they didn't want to (although with the name of the site, I would have suggested sticking with a Pokémon theme). You could work alone or in a team, and gamers had to post anything created between certain times. Essentially, creativity is key, and there are some exciting titles (with a lot of roguelite titles) available for you to download and check out!

Obviously, it would be biased of me to pick a favourite, but I've been enjoying playing 'Smeargle Used Sketch!' because it feels different to my traditional Pokémon experience. Plus, I don't think that Smeargle gets enough credit these days anyway, so it's nice to have him in the spotlight!
