Just when I thought my wage for the month was safe, I see an advert from Square Enix on X showing me six miniature CRT toys that play classic songs from Final Fantasy alongside the iconic tunes that make the games so memorable.
May I present to you the Mini Melody CRT TV Toy, with six variants available for Final Fantasy fans to snap up. Each little retro cathode-ray tube (CRT) toy has an LED the illumiantes the screen like a proper little TV, and a collection of famous songs from the game to get you feeling like you're about to go into battle.

Each TV costs ¥1,980, which is only around £9/$12, and you can purchase the whole set (a pack of 6) for ¥11,880, which is around £55/$74. I don't call that bad for a massive slice of Final Fantasy Nostalgia! The weird thing is that the information on the pack of six says that 'a pack may not contain a whole set', which means you might get duplicates. I'm not sure how well that sits with me - if I'm buying a set, I want the full set!
The CRT Toys are approximately 62mm wide x 44.5mm deep x 53mm high, making them incredibly dinky little toys that will sit nicely next to your computer monitor or games console.
