There's no denying that The Legend of Zelda: Orina of Time remake that's coming out this November is by far one of the biggest games of the year, and it's not far away at all, the official release date being the 5th November 2026, which is less than a month away.

And it feels like we've been spoiled with announcements for it this year, but the latest overview trailer that was released by Nintendo today is the biggest look at the game so far, with lots of gameplay footage of puzzles, enemies, areas and characters all rejuvenated for the Nintendo Switch 2, giving it a new lease of life that many of us have been waiting for for years now.

The trailer showcases more than I anticpated, from an extensive look at the Deku tree, reveals of certain items, a hint on how to do some of the challenging puzzles and a look at many of the newly designed characters that we all remember so vividly from back in the day. Nintendo even shows off a new area called "Hall of the Fallen Foes", offering you a way to revisit certain enemies from the game and even battle them again in a rematch mode, which will undoubtedly go down well for those that want to perfect their skills against certain enemies even after they've defeated them in the story mode.

Wait until the end of the trailer, and Nintendo reveals something called Zelda Notes, an area of the Nintendo Switch app for smartphones that offers clips of important gameplay from a particular day, quizzes, and more, alongside the reveal of two new Amiibo figures to collect, both offering new in-game masks that resemble the original Nintendo 64 game graphics of the Link and Zelda's faces.

You can even tap other The Legend of Zelda Amiibo to gather extra items and help throughout the game, so be sure to dust them off in preparation for the game's launch in November. If you haven't already, make sure to pre-order the game, which is available on Amazon worldwide for around $60/£60.
