You asked for it, and your voices have been heard by the mighty Raiden. Well, Digital Eclipse and Atari have listened to you, and they've finally brought a new crossplay feature between PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, and PC which, in true Mortal Kombat fashion, they've called 'Krossplay'.

It doesn't matter which platform you play the game on - you'll be able to game with other Mortal Kombat: Legacy Kollection players from around the world in both Quick Play and Online Arcade modes!

The Krossplay update has also brought 2-0n-2 'Kombat' to the table for the first time, bringing in Tag Team matches that the Hardy Boys would be proud of into Ultimate MK3 (Arcade), Ultimate MK3 (SNES), Mortal Kombat Trilogy (PS1), and Mortal Kombat 4 (Arcade).

Digital Eclipse have also added extra features such as variable refresh rate alongside other technical enhancements and bug fixes, upgrading your overall experience.

It's worth noting that Krossplay isn't available for Nintendo Switch 1 users due to technical limitations, so you'll only be able to tap into the new feature if you're a Nintendo Switch 2 user. If you haven't bought a copy of the game yet, then head to Amazon and get one on your doorstep ASAP!
