The Nintendo Switch 2 Direct definitely got me reminiscing about the good old days of the GameCube after they announced that the system would be arriving on NSO when the new console launches. And like many others on our socials, I was thinking how great it would be to have the GameCube classic Kirby Air Ride arriving on the console too.
Well, little did I know that Masahiro Sakurai's latest project 'Kirby Air Riders' would be launching on the console, a brand new entry in the Kirby Air Ride franchise with online multiplayer functionality! We didn't see much more than Kirby speeding along looking happy and the fact that Sakurai is the brains behind the game, but we do know that it will be launching this year.
