I Still Have This Master Sword Building Set On Show, & Now It’s On Sale For Black Friday

Sillbird Zelda set in sebs office

Can you remember when I reviewed some fake LEGO Zelda sets earlier this year? They were a fraction of the price of the Great Deku Tree set and actually incredibly fun to build, with intricate pieces and a clever design that required some serious thinking when putting together. The Master Sword set from Sillbird now has 32% off on Amazon in the Black Friday sales, taking the price down from £45.99 to £31.44 and making it an affordable kit for any Zelda fans looking to add the Master Sword to their collection.

Fake LEGO is a bit of a harsh way to describe these sets because they really are well put together. Sillbird has a great reputation for creating amazing building kits for kids and adults, and the booklet that comes with the set was super easy to follow. I even messaged them to see what their policy was when it came to helping out when pieces were missing in a set, and they assured me quickly via email that all I needed was a picture of the piece in the booklet and they would send it over to me.

The attention to detail in this Master Sword set is awesome too – everything from the dragon floating around the Master Sword to the houses in Kakariko village and the pedestal the sword sits in is made with Zelda fans in mind. Heck, the fact that there’s even a Korok in there should be enough to add it to your basket! My friend and I, both in our thirties, had an enjoyable time building this set and found it just hard enough to prove a challenge while still being enjoyable. Oh, and if you need any more persuading, the sword glows in the dark.
