Evercade have tackled many retro classics from our past over the years, bringing pivotal games and consoles both to the palms of our hands and for home console play on their various devices. Glover, Bitmap Brothers 2, the Tomb Raider Collection; they've slowly ticked off the greats and preserved retro gaming history at the same time, and now Evercade's parent company Blaze Entertainment have announced a new handheld and game collection in collaboration with SNK.
The handheld and cartridge celebrate the 35th anniversary of NEOGEO and will release in June. The handheld is part of the HyperMegaTech! range - the 'Super Pocket NEOGEO Edition' comes pre-loaded with 14 NEOGEO arcade games and is compatible with the Evercade cartridge library. It comes in a black and gold colorway and also a limited edition MVS style in red and white limited to 3,000 units.
Both handhelds boast a 2.8" IPS screen and USB-C charging, you can play the following games:

The NEOGEO Super Pocket edition is priced at £49.99/$59.99/€59.99, while the limited edition MVS variant will cost £69.99/€79.99 and is only available from Funstock.co.uk and Funstock.eu. The NEOGEO Arcade 1 collection is priced comparatively to Evercade's other collections at £19.99/$24.99/€24.99.
