We've seen lots of amazing retro titles heading back to the fold for die-hard fans to relive of late thanks to GOG. Resident Evil, Dino Crisis, Croc; they've all headed to the platform which, as regular users will know, sells games without any digital rights management restrictions and allows gamers to fully own their games. The iconic PS1 RPG Breath of Fire IV is the latest title to join the GOG roster, arriving 25 years after it released on the PS1 in Japan.

A PC version of the game released back in 2003, but the tale of Ryu and his ability to turn into a dragon to save the world is one that many modern gamers won't be familiar with. Thanks to GOG, it now has a new lease of life on PC, Mac, & Linux with modern quality of life enhancements like better graphics powered by an upgraded DirectX renderer, anti-aliasing, an upgraded audio engine, and much more.
GOG recently announced their Dreamlist Tool where players can vote for other games to be renewed on the platform. Their preservation program has also led to Worms: Armageddon and the complete Ultima series coming to the platform, and with over 75,000 votes for both Silent Hill 1 & 2, it looks like they could be on the cards next!
