Bull Airs Announce New Sneakers & Clothing Based On PS1, Genesis, & NES Including A Power Glove Leather Jacket

Bull Airs clothing and sneakers from the drop

When it comes to gaming clothing, we’ve usually just had to make do with t-shirts and hoodies from sites like Etsy and Red Bubble. Sure, it’s pretty easy to pick up an N64 logo t-shirt from Amazon, but there hasn’t been much for die-hard retro gamers, the 90s kids who have had collecting instilled into them from an early age and who live and breathe consoles like the Genesis/Mega Drive and SNES. Well, Bull Airs do what Sega, Sony, and Ninten-don’t and wont, producing amazing console-themed sneakers that are true pieces of art.

The new Classic Console collection drop from Bull Airs features four new sneaker designs based on three consoles and a futuristic peripheral that has remained a cult icon (despite it being incredibly disappointing in real life). Owner Thomas Bulman has paid homage to the Genesis/Mega Drive with the black Blast Processing hi-tops, the BullStation PS1 custom-themed SB Dunk low tops, Bulltendo Short Horns based on the NES, and the Power Shows custom-themed Aj1 hightops signed by Luke Edwards from The Wizard.

Each of the shoes has a custom graphic on the tongue too, with the Bulltendo sneakers recreating the classic NES Mario Bros. cover and the Blast Processing hightops recreating the iconic cover from Altered Beast. Check out the video below and the information on the post for sizing and pricing!

The new drop joins the Shoe Boy collection we’ve previously covered, slowly ticking off every retro console from our childhoods. This time, Bull Airs have also added jackets and hoodies into the mix too, with an incredible Power Glove-themed jacket that actually has the Power Glove design built into the arm as well as boasting a graphic of the glove on the back. There are PS1 jumpers, Blast Processing hoodies, and so much more coming to the Bull Airs website this month that I’m spoilt for choice as to what to order!

The new sneakers and apparel go on pre-order from January 31st, so make sure to pin the collection of your choice in your browser and get your credit card ready – these will sell out quickly!
