Preorders for the highly anticipated LEGO Animal Crossing sets are now live ahead of the official launch on the 1st March 2024.
The five LEGO Animal Crossing sets became available for pre-order directly from LEGO’s website on the 20th January 2024.
A Tweet from Nintendo of America originally revealed that Isabelle, Tom Nook, Marshal and more will make their LEGO debut on the 1st March 2024.
The five LEGO Animal Crossing sets are; Bunnie’s Outdoor Activities, Nooks’s Cranny & Rosie’s House, Kapp’n’s Island Boat Tour, Isabelle’s House Visit and Julians’s Birthday Party.
We’ve broken down the announcement trailer below and examined the hijinks of the various villagers in their LEGO forms and detailed each upcoming set below.
Table of Contents
Bunnie’s Outdoor Activities
Bunnie toasts a marshmallow in front of their little LEGO tent in the new trailer. The tent appears to have a hinged canopy for easy access. We definitely need to get one of those for our next camping trip!
The trailer also shows Bunnie chasing butterflies with their net before accidentally swiping a bouquet of pink flowers.
Bunnie’s Outdoor Activities LEGO set will retail for £17.99.
Isabelle’s House Visit
Another one of the villagers confirmed as one of the LEGO Animal Crossing sets due to launch in March is Fauna. Consisting of Isabelle’s house, two minifigs and the star of the first trailer (the LEGO balloon gift), Isabelle’s House Visit is the second most expensive set of the five, retailing at £34.99.
The new trailer shows Fauna assembling Isabelle’s house and by peeking inside we can see the property already looks well furnished with a bed, books and a tea set.
All round top dog and occasional Doom Slayer Isabelle picks fruit from a LEGO apple tree before blue horse Julian interrupts with a shoulder mounted karaoke machine.
Julian’s Birthday Party
It seems Julian has reason to celebrate as its their birthday.
According to the description on LEGO’s website, Julian’s Birthday Party will include cupcakes, a birthday cake, a skateboard and presents for Julian to open.
Julian’s Birthday Party is the most affordable of the five sets and will retail at £12.99.
Kapp’n’s Island Boat Tour
Another LEGO Animal Crossing set due to launch on the 1st of March 2024 is Kapp’n’s Island Boat Tour.
Marshal the squirrel appears around the halfway mark of the new trailer with a shovel and finds some buried treasure hidden beneath one of the two mini landscape sets.
Songster Kapp’n can be seen fishing from his boat and a customisable deserted island completes the £24.99 set.
Nook’s Cranny & Rosie’s House
As the trailer continues, Local entrepreneur and world’s most famous tanuki Tom Nook completes a stock check at Nook’s Cranny before dancing outside with his bag of bells.
Lastly, Rosie can be seen enjoying the mini garden sets before relaxing with a LEGO cuppa under a parasol.
With two building sets, a couple of minifigs and the entire contents of LEGO Nook’s Cranny, there’s little surprise that this set is the most expensive of the LEGO Animal Crossing collection. LEGO Book’s Cranny & Rosie’s House will retail at £64.99 when it launches on the 1st March 2024.
There’s a huge amount of charm with these Animal Crossing sets and we’ll be sure to add them to our best Animal Crossing gifts list, ready for when they launch in March 2024.
