It turns out that the little hint about the Tony Hawk's Pro Skater news in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 and whispers throughout the community have been right - remakes of Tony Hawks Pro Skater 3 and 4 are heading to a console near you this July.
Yes, the Birdman is back in a brand new set of remakes for next-gen consoles. The game is set to drop on July 11th and pre-orders are open now for PS4/5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PC, and Switch. Plus you can get your hands on a special collectors edition of the game that comes with digital content and a full-size Birdhouse skateboard deck with Tony Hawk's signature.

So what's changed and what's stayed the same? Well, both games have been remade from scratch and feature the courses you loved from the original game and new ones to explore. There are new skaters as well as classic characters, and you can even play as Doom Slayer and The Revenant. Pull off new tricks, play your friends in cross-platform multiplayer, and take on the Career Mode to hone your skills.
You read that right - get ready for cross-platform multiplayer with up to eight players skating at once, all in 4K brilliance. There's also a New Game + mode for the real pros where you keep your stats for a new playthrough and enhanced Create Skater tools - it's everything you loved about THPS 3+4 but dialed up to 11.
Pre-orders are open now for the Digital Deluxe Edition ($69/£59) and Cross Gen/Standard editions ($49/£39). The Digital Deluxe Edition pre-order provides access to The Foundry Demo in June, so if you can't wait till July, that's the one to go for!
