Last week SouljaBoy decided to illegally sell the Retroid Pocket Flip 2 as his own for double the price on his store, claiming it and rebranding it as the "SouljaGame Flip".
This is not new, SouljaBoy has been trying to take advantage of his community using white labelled retro game devices for over 6 years now, but this was the first time I saw him do this with a genuinly good product.
Well, it didn't last long, just a few days later, SouljaBoy has removed all social media posts and website listings of this device, likely because he realised... it was incredibly illegal.
And after speaking with the Retroid team personally, they did not give him permission to do so.

He's not stopping there and is now seeking partnerships with other video game companies via his X account, asking for people to tag whom he wants to partner with next.
Next? He posts this like he actually partnered with companies before. No, you illegally went behind the company's back to claim their hard work as your own.

If you look at his website, he is still upselling low-quality retro handhelds as his own. Which I'll admit, he likely can do with some of these, as some Chinese manufacturers are happy to make licensing deals for permission to white-label as your own.
But these are not the handhelds anyone enjoys using, hence we have never reviewed them. Just a warning: we do not recommend buying anything from SouljaBoy. Just sit back and watch the desperation unfold, likely for another 6 years.
