I love a good car boot sale. I don't like waking up at 5 am to get there in good time before all of the bargains have gone, but I love the idea that I will find some sort of hidden treasure or a brilliant gaming treasure. Remember the lost Michael Jackson Sega game that a gamer found at a car boot sale? It was impressive, but nowhere near as amazing as picking up an Xbox 360 and discovering it's actually a Devkit from Rockstar North.
Yes, a lucky gamer by the name of janmatant has posted on GTAForums about their great find after heading down to a car boot sale in Scotland, Rockstar North's location. They picked up an Xbox 360 that someone was selling for £5, only to find that it was no ordinary console.

Imagine getting that Xbox home and discovering that it held a 118GB beta build for GTA 4 on there, with a boatload of beta characters, unused logos, models, and much more on there.

I mean, the console itself does have a Rockstar North label on it, so I'm sure if someone had done a little bit of research, they could have probably sold it on for a lot more money than £5. Still, I'm glad that janmatant managed to pick up a slice of retro gaming history for a bargain price.

The console also has a cut minigame of zombies that never made the final game, as well as the Liberty ferry from the first trailer, and some songs and radio stations that didn't cut the mustard. Janmatant is now looking to sell the console with a guide price of £800.
