I write about a lot of fangames here at Retro Dodo and spend a lot of time playing your creations. The Retro Gaming community never ceases to amaze me, with more and more amazing ideas coming out every single day. InkFernape has really piqued my interest by switching up the usual region dynamics by imagining two Pokémon games that are set in an area inspired by India, complete with brand new Pokémon.
I'll say this now though - this isn't a real game. I don't want you getting to the end of this and being annoyed with me that it's not real. InkFernape has made it clear that this is just an art project for the time being, stating that they exclusively draw Fakemon. It's a passion project, but one that could be brought to life with the right dev team behind it.

💧 Turbubb
The journey through the Sindu region begins with one choice. Who’s joining your team? 🦌🐍🐌 https://t.co/02YSb1g9TF pic.twitter.com/6Bnu9871Qb
InkFernape's art project will have 100+ new Pokémon, new characters, including trainers, and the new starters listed above. In another Post on X, they've explained the meaning behind the names chosen, too. Seeder is pretty self-explanatory for a Grass-type Pokémon, Naagny is based on naag/naga and agni (fire), and Turbubb is based on a turban snail and a bubble.
If someone were to work with InkFernape and make this game a reality, it could be amazing. Seeing a region based on India with strong themes from Indian culture running throughout would be fantastic to play. If there are any ROMhack devs out there who could help to bring this to life, I'm sure the Retro Gaming community would thank you forever!
