Pokémon Emerald is used as the basis for many ROM hacks. Here we have another, with Pokémon Blazed Glazed. Featuring an original story and regions, as well as plenty of extra features including a wider choice of Starter Pokémon, Pokémon Blazed Glazed also improves on the original Glazed hack, with more challenge and other improvements. However, it does this while retaining the compelling story, wide availability of several Generations of Pokémon and even its ‘multiverse’-style mechanic. Given the higher challenge level of Pokémon Blazed Glazed, we thought it was worth sharing the cheats we have used to further enhance our experience of this fan-made ROM hack.
It’s worth noting that all of these cheat codes will need an emulator which supports code entry; even better if your emulator can auto-detect code types. Our recommendations for emulation, particularly for mobile devices, would be Delta or MyBoy!.
How to Use Pokémon Blazed Glazed Cheat Codes
This is the same advice that we’d give for any Pokémon ROM hack cheats: remember to always save your game before applying any cheats, and for the best, most stable results, turn off all other cheats when applying and using a new one. As there are so many different combinations of codes possible, we can’t guarantee they’ll all work together as intended. In fact, we often have trouble ourselves when multiple cheats are used simultaneously, so it’s worth turning off as many as you can to use the latest one you want.
If you get stuck or the added cheats do crash or otherwise break your game, you can always go back to your save point. It’s important to remember to turn each added cheat off before saving again too, so that the chances of crashing or otherwise breaking your game, by adding a new code, are reduced.
Do note that numerous versions of Pokémon Blazed Glazed may be available; we tested the below cheats on the latest, complete version of the hack, and found that many cheats published elsewhere aren’t working with this version of the game. It’s also worth noting that the title screen, even when using the Blazed Glazed ROM hack, will still say Glazed Version. All codes on this list have been tested by us here at Retro Dodo, and each cheat’s section tells you how to make sure each cheat code functions as you need it to.
Buy Master Balls From Poké Mart

We couldn’t get a Master Ball cheat for PC storage to work, so here’s the next best thing; you’ll be able to buy Master Balls from any Poké Mart instead. Note that the Master Ball will be the first item on the list in the Mart (such as a Potion), but when you buy it, it will be the Master Ball itself:

Specific Pokémon Nature Modifier
This will give the specific nature to the next Pokémon you encounter, if caught. They can only be used one at a time, so turn off each one except the one you want to use. Use the master code 6658C989 89518A0F, followed by the full code of the nature you want on a second line.

Note On Other Pokémon Blazed Glazed Codes:
We have tried using other codes for Pokémon Blazed Glazed, which we’ve seen elsewhere. However, in the version of Pokémon Blazed Glazed we played, these wouldn’t work properly for us (Stones and Master Balls in PC Storage, for example), so we have not included them on this list.
