The Pokémon Presents has only just started and my 90's kid brain has already been blown. Right off the bat, Nintendo have announced a new Game Music Collection and Mini GAME BOY player for fans to put different song cartridges in.

The GAME BOY player looks just like a miniature version of the DMG that the very first Pokémon games dropped on 30 years ago, the device that I had glued to my hands throughout the 90s.

There are 45 cartridges with Red and Blue cartridge branding on, each with a different song from the game. Simply stick them into the player and listen as glorious8-bitmusic comes out. Nintendo have made every track sound exactly as it did in the original games for maximum nostalgia. Each cartridge has a different scene to show through the player's screen too, so it looks like you're actually playing the part of the game that matches the music!

The players are available for purchase and delivery from Pokémon Center in the US, Canada, and the UK and available from today after the Pokémon Presents video concludes. Head to your Pokémon Center website for more details!
