Imagine winning a mansion and then having to clean it up before you could move into it. Then imagine if, instead of vacuuming up crumbs and dust, you had to vacuum ghosts to make it suitable to live in. If you've never played the original Luigi's Mansion, then I would set some time aside this Halloween, because you're in for a frightfullly good time!
I can remember reading every fact about this game in Nintendo Official Magazine before it released, scouring the pages on the GameCube's upcoming release for every inch of information about Luigi's new adventure. When it arrived, it certainly didn't disappoint, and I've enjoyed the Luigi's Mansion games much more than Mario's offerings over the years.
Now, on October 30th, Luigi's Mansion joins the GameCube games available on Nintendo Switch Online for those of you who have a Nintendo Switch 2 and are already signed up to the NSO Expansion Pack.
Luigi’s won a mansion! The bad news is that it’s crawling with ghosts… 😱

Luigi's Mansion joins Chibi Robo!, Mario Smash Football, The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker, F-Zero GX, and SoulCalibur II. We're still waiting on Super Mario Sunshine, Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance, Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness, and Pokémon Colosseum with regard to titles that have already been announced, though knowing Nintendo, they could shadow drop new titles at any time to get us excited, just like they did when they released Metroid Prime Remastered without telling us beforehand!
