LEGO Set To Release Miniature PAC-MAN Arcade Cabinet This August

The top of a LEGO PAC-MAN set

I'm sure you've all seen Brandon ogling over the tabletop LEGO PAC-MAN Arcade cabinet that we reviewed back in 2023, one of our most prized possessions here in the office. Well, the latest rumours from LEGO HQ are that they are going to release a new miniature model of the arcade cab in their Miscellaneous collection this August.

On August 1st, '20805 Arcade Machine' is set to release with a total of 468 pieces, retailing for £34.99/$39.99/€39.99. Compared to the 10323 set that we have here, which has 2,600 pieces, the new miniature set is going to come in much, much smaller, around five times smaller, in fact.

Our review of the larger 2,600 piece LEGO PAC-MAN Arcade Cabinet

If it does come out at £34 for an entirely brick-built arcade machine, then it'll definitely be a set worth picking up, especially if you've tried out the MAX Bricks Arcade Cabinet I reviewed recently and fancy an official version with some serious nostalgia attached to it. I'm hoping that it's going to come with stickers and extra ghost figures like our giant version, but I doubt it will have moving pieces for that price. And with an age range of 12+, it's not going to provide much of a challenge to hardened LEGO enthusiasts.

As of now, this is just brick-based conjecture, but fingers crossed, we'll have more information heading our way over the coming months!
