How To Get Pawmi In Pokemon Scarlet & Violet (The Easy Way)

how to get pawmi in pokemon scarlet violet

Pawmi is one of the cutest Pokemon to come out of Gen 9, and it seems to be the equivalent of a wild Pikachu so it’s obvious why you want to catch it.

It’s one of the early Pokemon to catch, but due to its size it’s very hard to find, even when its teasing you on the map.

So here’s how to get Pawmi in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet, the easy way.

Where to catch Pawmi in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet

Pawmi can be found in Southern Paldea, on the coast of Inlet Grotto towards the cliff edge. It likes to hide in grass so make sure to look closely as it’s very small and well hidden.

Pawmi likes to hide in grass, so I like to use a birds eye camera angle to make it easier to find.

At times you can see it on your map, but I recommend  scouting the cliff edges. On the map above is where I found a wild Pawmi, towards the cliff edge near the dropped item.

Pawmi is a great addition to any team, and having an electric type so early on in the game allows you to have some diversification in your chosen types.

How To Evolve Pawmi In Pokemon Scarlet & Violet

how to evolve pawmi into pamo

To evolve Pawmi in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet you need to train Pawmi to level 18, it will then evolve into Pawmo an electric/fighting type Pokemon that is just 1’4″ tall.

Pawmo uses a unique fighting technique in which it uses its forepaws (not forearms) to strike foes and zap them with electricity form its pads simultaneously.
