If news of a Rayman definitive edition wasn't enough to finish off your week, then how about remakes of Kratos' first three adventures?
And yes, you read that right - remake, not remaster. TC Carson, the original voice of Kratos on the first three games, excitedly announced the remakes on a video on PlayStation's socials.
Two big God of War announcements, fresh from State of Play:

That's really all we've got for now; it's more of a teaser than anything else, a message to let us know that it's coming eventually. All it's really done is make me impatient if I'm honest, but time will tell how long we have to wait for these. 'Development' could mean years, especially if they drop them all at once.
What could we expect from the remakes? Well, other than amazing graphics, I wouldn't be surprised if they add some extra levels or collectibles and quality of life features like rewind into the mix - everything gets rewind these days. I would like to see some new modes too and maybe some extra DLC of new content to mix things up for the hardcore fans too.
Obviously this is all conjecture at this point, but as a God of War fan, I'm allowed to get excited. Keep your eyes peeled for more news as and when I get it, and check out our podcast with God of War's create David Jaffe below!
