Turtles in Time needs no introduction. It's one of the greatest TMNT games ever released and a personal favourite here at Retro Dodo Towers. The problem is that not everyone has the space to have a full arcade cabinet in their house, and playing the ROM on an emulator just doesn't give the same feel as standing in line at the arcade hall with a bunch of coins in your pocket, ready to beat someone's high score.
The solution is simple - Numskull have made a 1/4 scale 17" tall wooden arcade cabinet with TMNT: Turtles in Time built in.
The cabinet was $299, but for a limited time only, it's priced at $199 on Amazon, giving you a discount of $100! Think of all the things you could buy for £100 (more retro stuff, obviously!). The discount also applies to Amazon UK too, with the price falling from £249 to £149!
The cabinet is officially licensed by Konami, has the original arcade ROM, and boasts an advanced display with a mirror screen for that classic arcade nostalgia. It would make a perfect present for the Turtle's fan in your life or just as a present to yourself, but you'll need to hurry to take advantage of the discount before it goes!
