Capcom 1942 Automatic Limited Edition
Avi-8 has been creating premium timepieces since 2012 as “an explicit homage to the planes, people and history of military aviation.”
So who better to work with Capcom to celebrate the arcade classic 1942 with a WWII era aviation watch?
The internal mechanics of these unique timepieces are the Japanese Seiko TMI NH35 Automatic movement clockworks.
And a closer inspection will show how on theme the design really is. There are WWII era plane silhouettes found on the face, as well as on the second hand.
There are two unique colorways available, the BLACK ACE ($385 usd) and the BLUE ACE ($365 usd).
Each watch comes in a beautiful collectors box with an additional band, watch tool, manual and 1942 card.
These are a limited edition series, as there are only going to be 300 pieces of each colorway produced.
So if this is something you’d like to pick up for yourself or a gaming fan you love, you’d better get on the Avi-8 website and order now!
