Am I really 35, or have I travelled back to being 9 years old in 1999? Indie game developer Oscar aka alacronos has taken me all the way back to my youth with hie fanmade game 'Videogame 182', a tribute to his favourite band Blink 182 and a title inspired by the lead single from Enema of the State, 'What's My Age Again?'

The game is completely free to download from Oscar's Itch.io page and works with Mac, PC, and according to Oscar's video below, on a flash cart to use with actual N64 hardware!

With the final instruction of 'take off your pants and jacket and enjoy the game', it's obvious that Oscar harbours a lifelong love for Blink 182, and you can see it in the game. It's a brilliant sidescroller with lots of elements from the song and album thrown in for good measure.

I really like his parting comments of 'And by the way life is an open world game so... let's make this last forever!'. We need more fun, fanart games like this coming to the table, and I'm very glad Oscar has put his time and energy into showing his love for Blink in such a unique way. All we need now is for the Mark Hoppus and the crew to check it out - what a way for Oscar to connect with his heroes, huh!
