ANBERNIC's latest handheld device is aimed at those who want horizontal Android goodness, with enough power to emulate up to and including Nintendo GameCube games, on a form factor that resembles a Nintendo Switch Lite.

We've seen many like this before, but ANBERNIC isn't backing down to competition. This is ANBERNIC's first handheld to feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon CPU, and they seem to be pricing it at $139.99 without an SD card for the 4GB model, or $169.99 for early birds and $179.99 at retail for their 4GB + 128GB model (with an SD card). Their 8GB + 256GB model starts at $164.99 without an SD card, or $189.99 for early birds with an SD card and $199.99 at retail. It can be purchased via ANBERNIC's official website, and from what I gather, it's shipping immediately, or in the next few days.

Our review unit is currently being shipped, and it should land on our desks over the next few days, meaning our full written review will likely be later this week, or early next week. Some content creators, such as Retro Game Corps, already have this early and have stated that it cannot effectively run most PS2 games, but makes for a good "mid-tier" handheld. And I think that's exactly where ANBERNIC wants to place this.
