The race to make the best FPGA Nintendo 64 is still on, and Analogue and ModRetro are chucking everything they can at us to keep us on their side. Today, Analogue has released its latest update known as V1.5.1, and it comes with a bunch of new minor features that polish the console ever so slightly more.
A couple of notable features that are new are the fact that Overclocking and Force Original Hardware can now be adjusted in-game, which will obviously save many of us some extra time, instead of having to do it all outside of the game in the menu's, though Analogue has mentioned it may take a few seconds to kick in, so be patient. You can now completely turn off overclocking, which can be used in conjunction with other hardware settings.
They've also added Library Customisations for unknown cartridges, allowing you to add information about the game title, developer, publisher and release date, which again is a nice touch for those that are fussy with the details. I've left all of the extra update notes below.
