How To Get Mew In Pokemon Scarlet & Violet
Get Mew & Mewtwo’s first surprise brings Mew to your team, and you can battle through Paldea with Mew right now!
All you have to do is to enter the password ‘GETYOURMEW’ into the Mystery Gift menu in game.
And to add an extra slice of surprise, each of the Mew’s Tera types will be different, so you and a friend might have totally different Mews. How cool is that!
Don’t put it off, however, as Mew is only going to be available until September 18th 2023.
So, stop whatever you’re doing and add one o the most powerful Pokemon ever to grace the game to your team.

How To Get Mewtwo In Pokemon Scarlet & Violet
I said one of the most powerful Pokemon for a reason. Mewtwo has been one of the most coveted critters and one of the most famous Psychic Pokemon in the canon ever since we beat the Elite Four and had the chance to use the Master Ball on him back in Pokemon Red and Blue.
And now, he’s getting ready to bring the smackdown to Paldea.
Getting Mewtwo will be much harder. It’s appearing in a Tera raid battle event, which means that you’ve got to beat it in order to catch it.
If you come out victorious, then you’ll be able to catch a Mewtwo with ‘the mightiest mark’, which is something you Tera raid aficionados will no doubt no all about by now.
Players can begin catching Mewtwo from September 1st, but it’s advisable to train up your Mew and get it primes and ready for the battle before you enter Mewtwo’s domain.
If you do battle Mewtwo with Mew in your team… well, let’s just say that something awesome is going to happen that you won’t want to miss!
When Does The Get Mew & Mewto Event Begin?
The Get Mew & Mewtwo Event has already begun, with players able to download Mew to both Pokemon Scarlet and Violet now!
Mewtwo can be fought and caught from September 1st, with his Tera raid battles ending at midnight on September 17th!
