The 30th anniversary news is in full swing today, and I write this after covering the reveal of Pokémon's S.S. Anne diorama and pixelated fat Pikachu plushie.

Pokémon are going all out on nostalgia this year, and they're showing Japanese media some of their upcoming products, one of which was shared by Japanese blog GAME WATCH that showcases collectable keychains.

Adorable small keychains like this are very popular in Japan, many found in Gachapon machines, so it's no surprise that these will be a Japanese exclusive found only in phyiscal and online Pokémon Centre stores.

These keychains feature not only the cartridges, but also the incredible box art, too, in miniature form.

With over 20 to collect its going to be a fun chase for many Pokémon collectors who live in or are travelling to Japan. It's unknown how much they will cost and if they can be purchased individually or are located inside random gachapon machines, making it a game of luck... just like catching Pokémon.

It goes from the original Red/Green all the way up to the latest Z-A game, which I may add isn't in Nintendo Switch form, but instead the original Switch, which may annoy some NS2 fans!

That said, these are making their way into Pokemon Center's in Japan over the coming months!
