Lego has finally revealed its whole Lego Super Mario sets including a Bowser’s Castle and mystery blind bags for additional characters.
If you’re big into gaming and a huge fan of Lego like us, then this collaboration is probably the best thing to come out of Lego in the last decade. These are set to launch on 1st August 2020.
They teased us with their basic set a few months ago which we just so happened to preorder, but now, they’ve revealed everything, and it’s too much for us to handle.

If the starter set wasn’t enough for you, then perhaps 10 expansion sets will keep you entertained this winter.
A twitter user named @scully1888 has somehow found a ZIP file containing all of the images for the upcoming expansions, which can you find below.
This expansion set is adorable as not only do you get Super Mario’s house, you are also getting Yoshi too! Oh, and don’t forget the hammock for Mario to relax in.
This is a big one as it featured 464 pieces, Toad, Cheep Cheep’s Goomba’s and more. This Toad’s Treasure Hunt expansion set will set you back $69.99, this is the same in Euros, and most likely the Great British pound.
The biggest set out of the bunch, retailing for £99.99 is Boswer’s Castle, a huge set with a wide number of features. Not only do you get Bowser you also receive Boo and Dry Bones.
This will look great in your gaming room, and makes for one of the best retro gaming gifts this year!
King boo and the Haunted Yard Lego Super Mario sets is another big one, and includes a wide number of new characters. You’ll get a cool level, Goombas, King Boo and two Swoops!
We all know these pesky Thwomps from Mario Kart, but now, you can use them in these upcoming Lego Super Mario sets. There’s lots of small pieces in this one and it changes up the playing field slightly!
This is a smaller and much cheaper set, and probably a good one to pick up if you want to see if your children actually enjoy these Lego Super Mario sets. This Boomer set costs $29.99 and only has 132 pieces.
Again, the Piranha Slide set is small coming in at just $29.99!
In addition to the Lego Super Mario sets there are also four power-up packs for you to collect. Each of them change the style of Mario and also give you new abilities in game.
We’re not sure exactly what each one does, but from the box design, it potentially propels fire and comes with new sounds?
Perhaps you will need a certain power up pack with certain sets? If that’s the case, then that’s a little greedy, but totally understood if Lego want to increase revenue over Christmas.
We’re hoping that that’s not the case and any Mario with our without a power up pack can be used across all Lego Super Mario sets.
Finally Lego are releasing bling bags alongside their sets. In total there are 10 to collect and it seems is just an additional collectible to help pimp out your current Lego Super Mario sets.
These are obviously aimed at kids and cost $4.99 a pack. But expect A LOT of duplicates. We’ll probably pick up a box, so be sure to subscribe to our YouTube channel to see that when they launch on August 1st 2020.
If you were to buy every single set on day 1 and hope that you don’t get any blind bags you’ll be looking at spending almost $600 on Lego.
This is going to make Lego a lot of money this Christmas, and we don’t even care. We want Bowser’s Castle!
