Dragon Quest Monsters: The Dark Prince Officially Announced

dragon quest monsters the dark prince

In today’s Nintendo Direct, Dragon Quest Monsters: The Dark Prince has been revealed, with a 1 minute trailer and a deeper look into the new game!

If you were a fun of the original that launched on the NES in the late 80’s then you’re going to be very happy with this announcement.

To not ruin the story but you lose your powers to attack monsters, so you must become a monster wrangler in hopes to grow strong and get your revenge.

The art style looks great, and the new detailed monsters look on par with Pokemon, which is hard to do addmittedly!

Could it become one of the best Dragon Quest games of all time? Who knows, but from what we can see from the trailer, it’s looking to be an enjoyable, and likely in-depth game for those that love the franchise.

And if you stick around until the end of the trailer, you may see a familiar face…
