Our story.
Retro Dodo was founded in 2019 with its pure aim of entertaining and educating retro gamers about the latest and greatest products within the niche.
It was bootstrapped by our founder while working full-time in the gaming industry, and after many months of writing, producing videos and learning about SEO he managed to get it off the ground with zero funding. Now years later it has grown into the world’s leading retro gaming website with millions of readers, and hundreds of thousands of followers.
Retro Dodo is built on passion, and still to this day we are proud to be independently owned.

He is a retro gaming expert with 14 years experience creating content on technology and gaming products. Now he wants to build a place for retro gamers to learn, laugh and inspire.
